I have worked with Kevin W***** of Riterug on two occasions for installation of wood flooring and carpeting in my home. Kevin is probably the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly sales rep I have met. He knows his product and was most helpful in selection of product. He is definitely an asset to the Riterug sales team.
We had carpet installed by the Lexington, KY store. The price and service were excellent. Mr. B*** answered our questions and made himself available as necessary. The installation was done quickly and correctly. We would recommend this store and the employees who work there without reservation.
The service I received was wonderful. They did a great job, and the salesman was great.
