I just want to thank Kevin in In Home Shopping. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I also want to thank Jesse from *** ****** ********and his crew for doing repair work before the carpets and flooring were installed. He took apart a large king size bed for me and explained to me how to put it back together! Freddie and his crew came out and did the flooring. They were very nice and polite! Kevin W***** was our home shopping manager...twice! Everything he told us, he followed through with. We are so happy with the quality and the service. Kevin set us up with ********** for plumbing issues, and they were great too! Also, because of a previous leak, our bathroom floor needed to be repaired and leveled before our floor could go in. I found RiteRug through my realtor, Liesel S*****. Their mobile sales man Jim S******** arrived early to our appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the company ,the various carpets they have to offer and their origin and what was "in stock". He was also well versed in the "working" schedule of the install crew. It was a pleasure to do business with Rite Rug. Their installation crew were very professional and did a great job with install and cleanup ! After a couple problem installs of hardwood, Riterug continued to stand by their products and we now have beautiful wood floors in our home. The customer care manager, Tiera S****** was wonderful to work with and our salesman, Kevin W***** was outstanding. He came to our home and when we needed more samples to look at, met us at the store and helped us choose the perfect floor this time. I recently had Rite Rug install hardwood fllooring in my entry and sand and refinish my existing flooring. I totally agree with the BBB A+ rating. Every stage of the job was done well and professionally. They were able to match the new flooring with my existing one. Ariel K****** my customer service rep followed up on every service I received. We got our new floor installed by Riterug. It is just beautiful. But the most important, is that our experience was a very positive one from the beginning to the end. The service is excellent. Very professional team. The installers were also very quick, efficient and professional. They cleaned up before leaving our place.
