Though we had some issues with the initial installation, eventually our concerns were addressed. The installation was in the ****** OH area. Mike did a great job fixing some of the problems. And Vanessa in Columbus was great about making sure our issues were taken care of. She truly cared that we were satisfied.

I had a great experience with Rite Rug. My salesman, Kevin, was very helpful in the selection of my flooring. The installers, Josie, Pedro and Chello, were awesome. They completed the job in less than 8 hours.

I worked directly with Jim S******** of RiteRug Flooring to purchase LVP to floor the entire home that my parents just purchased. Jim was a pleasure to work with, showed up prepared so that a sample was chosen and a couple of plans were designed in the first meeting. He had proposals to me promptly. Once plan decided etc... construction was done in a couple of days and was cleaned up nicely for existing floor removal. New floors look great! Quarter round work looks great! I had an absolutely great experience with the Rite Rug in ************, Ohio. The flooring and carpet were great quality and the installation of each was perfect. We had one issue and our salesman Mario and Vanessa from customer service we’re very understanding and worked tirelessly to make sure we were completely satisfied with the results. Our carpet is amazing! This was such a great experience. Rachel came to our new home to measure, explained the process and various paddng options to me, and gave a price quote on the spot. Our carpet is beautiful and feels SO good! Thank you, Rite Rug & Rachel.

Our salesman Bruce P*** was very helpful and timely in getting our quote completed. We extended our hardwood into our family room to complete the first floor in hard wood. Our installer Ervin and his crew were fantastic! Ervin did an amazing job interweaving the old and new hardwood so that there was no transition piece. The results were amazing! Ervin at first had concerns and explained very clearly to me the options. Ultimately he did the interweaving based upon my request and I could not be more happy with the way it look... read more

We had Riterug come to our home. Our salesman Kevin W***** was excellent. He brought samples and measured everything in one visit. He was able to order and set up the installation in 8 days!!!! Our installation crew called in advance and showed up on time. They were very professional and got the job done quickly.
