Just got carpet installed for my mother. As usual, I went through Jim B**** at RiteRug (* ******** ** ). I have personally worked with Jim for carpet, tile, and laminate work for all three houses I have owned. Again and again the service was excellent. Jim is definitely the go to guy for my flooring needs.

I worked with Kevin W*****, In Home Shopping Division Manager, for carpeting on our 2nd floor which included 4 bedrooms/closets, the hallway and stairs. He was very prompt and responsive during the entire process and worked with me to find the ***** products that would fit our budget and needs.
