I had a fantastic experience purchasing carpet for my new home from Rite Rug. We were moving into the home and needed a quick turnaround on the carpet order and install. Our salesman, Jeff, told us that he would take care of it and he delivered. The installers were efficient and left no mess. There were loose floor boards on our 2nd story that creaked. I asked the installers to tighten these down to remedy the noise, and they did so to my satisfaction. I strongly recommend Rite Rug to anyone seeking new carpet.

The install team was exceptional-took care of my home and did everything with great care and efficiency. Very pleased with the service and can't wait to do business with them again!
I recently had Rite Rug install new vinyl flooring. My sales rep Kevin W***** was very knowledgeable and helpful with my choice and everything was ordered correctly. I was very impressed with the installation crew. They were well organized and worked together like an experienced team and did a wonderful job.

I had a great experience with Rite Rugs in home shopping. Kevin W***** arrived at my home on time and prepared with several different carpets to meet my needs. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of carpet. The installation was great as well. The installers were promote, courteous and very clean. Rite Rug and our salesperson Jim L********** were fantastic to work with. Jim came out twice to bring samples and spent several hours with my husband and I to pick out both carpet and tile floors. Prices were fantastic and once we were ready to start the job, Rite Rug was too. The tile guys (Jimmy and his crew) were amazing and timely. Carpet guys were as well. After buying our first home, we knew wanted to change the flooring on our entire first floor. We looked everywhere to find floors that we liked and we were about to place an order with another flooring company, but decided to look at one more place, RiteRug.
