David B********* (sales rep) did an outstanding job. He met with us rwice and discussed options, then answered any questions we had when we were pricing competitors as far as pros and cons of each item. We never felt like we were "being sold" just straightforward and honest answers. Always followed up and got us answers we needed quickly throughout the proccess. We worked with Kevin W***** for an In Home Shopping experience. He was very professional and provided us an honest opinion of the best carpet that would fit our long term needs and budget. He were able to provide us a better quote than others with a higher quality carpet. I recently had carpet installed in the livingroom, hallway, and 2 bedrooms from RiteRug. I have nothing but glowing recommendations for this company and the work they performed! I recently made a deal with Kevin W*****, my in home sales rep for new wood floors. Kevin was a man of his word, no hidden pricing. We ran into issues with an uneven sub floor and Kevin had the problem resolved & completed within 24hrs. He promptly returned phone calls and made sure the project was done on budget and on time. I highly recommend Kevin.

I can not say enough good things about my experience working with Eric R********* at Rite Rug. I chose carpet, hardwood, tile, countertops and cabinets all through Rite Rug for my newly built Ryan Home. Making so many selections so quickly can be overwhelming and while I loved all the rest I was not pleased with the HW floors. Riterug was great. The price was reasonable, the service prompt, and the installers pure professionals. They removed and installed carpet in 2 rooms, a hallway and on a set of stairs in under a half-day. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We had flooring installed in September 2016 and needed some repairs on the installation. During this process I had the pleasure of working with their customer services representative, Rosie K***. Despite having to reschedule the repairs and additional attention to some unexpected challenges, Rosie worked with us every step of the way.
