Horrible people and horrible experience. This Kia location gives Kia a bad image for sure. Never have i dealt with such rude and better-than-thou individuals when trying to maintenance my Kia in my life. I took it somewhere else and had it fixed within the day for 4x less the price and no mechanic/assistants telling me my oil changes should have made a difference; meanwhile EVERY paper receipt since purchase was in my glove box. 🤗 Don’t come here, even IF you think Kia can do Kia better. They can’t.

We bought a 2023 Kia Sorento had it exactly 1 year. We noticed a noise and resistance in the sterring 2 months ago. We never had an issue until then. We have had it there 2 times, the last time they kept it 2 weeks. They told us they never heard it or felt it in the steering. We get it back, it is doing the same thing. We have video of it. I bought a new 2022 Kia two weeks ago. It won’t move when you hit the gas in the morning. The car will jerk down the road and even completely stall. Sometimes , it will take off like a rocket when it’s having problems. It’s a very dangerous problem and car. Rusty Wallace Kia says there is nothing wrong with it. They won’t take the car back even though it’s only been two weeks. These folks are cheats! Don’t buy a car from them.
We bought a truck from here roughly 6 months ago. While it was a high mileage truck, you don’t expect two different mechanics to tell you the motor needs to be replaced after putting less than 6k miles on the truck. Both mechanics that looked at my truck told me they could not believe a dealership would put this vehicle in the lot to sell. Shameful. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Bought the ECP for our 2021 Telluride. Issues with getting it scheduled. Took it in for appointment and they overbooked it. They did their thing. Got it back a day later looking like this!
