My wife and I were looking to purchase a minivan for our family. Our goal was to trade in our Nissan Patherfinder and lower our payment so my wife could stay home with our daughter. Waste of my time. I was upfront about my situation, I was told absolutely we can help you out. I get in the dealership and nope. I would prefer to be told we can't help you before you waste my time.
Your service center sucks!!! I've had 3 different visits at this particular dealership. Every single visit it's always a headache.
I gave one star because zero is not an option. The worst buying experience of my life. I wrote a 7 page letter to Kia corporate to express my complaints. Not just rude and nasty but, frankly, dishonest, and probably criminally so. Obviously, all car salesmen are a little suspect, but these guys have set the standard for the new low. While I was there (6 hours of hell) not one, but 2 different women left the dealership in tears. I asked the salesman what was going on. He said, "Business as usual." WORST dealership ever!!! Car they tried to sell me had the catalytic converter go out on it literally on the way home from dealership. Obviously I brought the car back next day only to have Clay the sales mgr call me yelling at me & threatening legal action if I didn't buy the car! I will NEVER do business's with them. Single moms beware!! Pushy & unethical place.
