Bought the ECP for our 2021 Telluride. Issues with getting it scheduled. Took it in for appointment and they overbooked it. They did their thing. Got it back a day later looking like this!

absolutely worst deal that I every made on a car, actu2 paid over, 5,000 dollars over cars value. they told me the monthly payments but not the final price. Very tricky indeed.
The advertisement all over Facebook stated credit amnesty etc... but after my wife spending hours there missing work to only be told we had been turned down due to our credit is not only an insult but is downright wrong. Do not make false advertising claims just to get folks through the doors. Not to mention the credit inquiries hit my credit score. So no car, lower credit score and lost wages. Way to go for doing us wrong due to your false claims.
Never trust the service department to pick you up in a timely manner. Allow an extra hour for them to arrive. They don’t answer the phones when you call. Don’t call back when requested. Refuse to pass on messages.
RecommendedToday was the longest wait I have ever had. My car was sitting ready to go for at least 30 mins. Before I could get going waiting on paperwork
the salesman Will., finance guy Clsy and the manager Brian are all very rude people. we bought a kia sorento and they told us that it had everything in it. when my husband went to pick it up. it had been damaged.
