absolutely worst deal that I every made on a car, actu2 paid over, 5,000 dollars over cars value. they told me the monthly payments but not the final price. Very tricky indeed.

The advertisement all over Facebook stated credit amnesty etc... but after my wife spending hours there missing work to only be told we had been turned down due to our credit is not only an insult but is downright wrong. Do not make false advertising claims just to get folks through the doors. Not to mention the credit inquiries hit my credit score. So no car, lower credit score and lost wages. Way to go for doing us wrong due to your false claims.

Never trust the service department to pick you up in a timely manner. Allow an extra hour for them to arrive. They don’t answer the phones when you call. Don’t call back when requested. Refuse to pass on messages.

the salesman Will., finance guy Clsy and the manager Brian are all very rude people. we bought a kia sorento and they told us that it had everything in it. when my husband went to pick it up. it had been damaged. Dents all over, scratches all over. My husband told them that we weren't buying a damaged vehicle for the same high price of a new one. They showed him a different one, that they said was the same. My wife was in their service department for a miss, and hard stating in her car a 2015 with 41,000 miles on it and they charge her $344.60 for a used battery. They said that factory battery has no warranty with it and that the new battery only has a two year warranty. I am done with this place I have bought eight Kia’s is in the past 20 years and have never been cheated like this.

After my first visit to the Alcoa shop, I am very disappointed in the service department. Did not give me full information about why my check engine light was on. Recommended only regular service (oil change and tune up) so I paid $500 for that. Next day the check engine light was on. Took it back in. Now it's timing chain and more for a cool $3815! If I had known that 2 days before I would have traded my car in for a new car and not done the $500 worth of service. I was told the manager would call me. He hasn't. I will NEV... read more

My wife and I were looking to purchase a minivan for our family. Our goal was to trade in our Nissan Patherfinder and lower our payment so my wife could stay home with our daughter.
