From the experience we had with the guy who helped us at the store in Rancho Cordova, to the finished project, we can't speak highly enough about S & G Carpet. The guy was so nice at the store, and so helpful! The two men who came to our house (Jeff and Jeremy :) to measure for the carpet and discuss our purchase, were simply superb! The response was prompt (from delivering the materials) to getting them installed. The Mobile showroom idea I think keeps a lot of customers engaged and ready to buy... the final install looks very nice and I’m sure it will work very well for the house sale. Good job!
I am completely pleased and impressed by these guys. I have had them do multiple jobs for me and each time has been excellent, quickly and professionally done. But the real reason I'm writing this review is because of the service I received after the job was done. There was a problem that arose some months after the initial install. Partly my fault, partly something missed on initial install. I thought it was going to be a nightmare to resolve. Great work installing my new LVP floors by S&G. I am happy they were available in March and with a great price. Very easy process from the in-home estimate, to ordering materials, to choosing an installation date, and the finished product. Took 1.5 days. Crew re-connected all appliances and cleaned the work area. Would highly recommend S&G!
