Talked with Joseph Valle who was very helpful in helping us choose the right carpet for our home, and once it was installed he followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy. The people at the Fremont location, are first class in our book.

The customer service is great. Was there today and they offered all of us bottled water and gave our girls some candy. Not too many businesses go that extra mile. Even took the time to explain their types of wood flooring, even though we weren't purchasing that today. Will definitely do business with the again.
