Outstanding experience! The showroom in the Cupertino store is well-designed and contains a wide range of carpets. The sales person was informed and personable. The person came on-time to measure. The carpet was available in three days. The installation was scheduled for two days later and was done perfectly while being careful of our home. Very impressive professional conduct in every way!

Great Customer service I had the pleasure of working with Gail L. at the Cupertino S&G Carpet location. She was very thoughtful as she helped me select flooring for an attic/craft room. She got me a great price on some beautiful laminate. The installers were professional, punctual and quick. I am very happy with the end result.

Great...... My wanted new carpet before Christmas we went to the big box stores but they were a month + out on installation. Someone mentioned s&g carpet we went to the elk grove location and talked to Carole she worked with us and had new carpet installed within a week. The price was great and the overall experience was very easy. Thanks Carole hope you have a Merry Christmas

Great experience! I am so excited about my new floors. Edgar and Reuben did a fantastic job and were so respectful of our home, even bringing in holiday packages that arrived while they were there. I had anticipated my baseboards being in really bad shape afterward, but they are so good at what they do that everything turned out great and none of the boards are broken, even the tiny, fragile pieces. Love my carpet! Joseph was very helpful as I got through the process of choosing and ordering carpet - a process I had started several times before but game up on because it can be overwhelming. Joseph was patient and flexible, even when I made changes along the way. Though at first it seemed beyond our budget, they gave a me a great price in the end. Worth the wait I want to personally thank Wayne and Noe in the Ranch Cordova office. After the flooring was layerd, we noticed installation issues and the fact we had an uneven foundation. After realizing the severity of the situation, Wayne and the best installer ever, Noe had the floor leveled and relayed the flooring. I love the finished product. Excellent experience replacing flooded carpet due to a broken hose. I recently was faced with repIacing the carpet in my family room which had flooded through the carpet, pad, and particulate flooring. The damaged carpet was installed several years ago by the San Jose store of S&G. I made contact over the phone with Wendy Kim to establish how much of the damage could be handled by S&G.
