After 24 years in our house we hired Nate and his crew at Surfaces NW to put new flooring throughout the entire house. It was not a pleasant job either I'm sure. We've had multiple dog's in the home over the year's. Nates crew had to deal with pet stained carpet some in the bedrooms I swear have been here since the house was built, gold shag. We are first time homebuyers who didn't leave ourselves enough time to have the old, cat dander infused carpets torn up. When the stars aligned the week before our move-in date, we scrambled to find someone to do the work. Nate was responsive, friendly, and flexible with our work schedules and re-payment options. The job was done well, and ahead of schedule to boot. Our new laminate floors are wonderful, and so is the freedom from allergies. I would work with Nate again, and recommend Surfaces NW to friends and family.

Nate was great!! Awesome customer service. I went in looking for a rug to replace my previous area rug. After doggie potty training my rug needed to be replaced. Staff suggested a carpet for pets that can be cut to size and bound just like an are rug. That was the best idea that worked out best for my family!! Carpet is great quality and bounding is perfect. Thanks again for everything!!
