Nate and his installers are top notch. Communication was prompt, the estimate was well laid out and everything was priced very well. The installers actually came early, and did a great job installing our floor. They even fixed several small things that weren't part of the estimate, but it just showed they cared about the quality of their work, and the happiness of the customer. All around great experience.
We had Surfaces NW install new carpet in our outdated 90's home. The carpet looks great and the installers were very professional and efficient with their time. Nate was very patient with us and SO helpful when it came to picking out the right carpet for our home. We will definitely be using Surfaces NW for future jobs!
