I ordered a table and chair set in Nov 2020. They said the chairs would arrive in the warehouse in Virginia first. Then the table second. Turned out the table was available but the chairs wouldn't be until the following week. A week goes by, no phone call or any kind of communications. So I called to learn: the chairs will be available in December. A month goes by, no call, nothing. So I called again to learn: the chairs will be available in March. Fraudulent representation by salesman. Moving into a new house and mattresses were to be delivered april 20. No person can be reached by telephone in any department and salesman will not respond to email. I had to physically return to the store to find out that they deliver to my zip code once a month. I am 15 minutes from the store but across the county line in ******* ****** I will have nothing to sleep on for 3 weeks. Should have gone to a regular mattress retailer.Extremely poor customer service.

Do not shop at Haynes furniture store on Virginia Beach Boulevard recently I picked out a power reclining couch paid for it and was going to pick it up the following day but received a call the next morning explaining that they could not sell me the couch because it was the last one on the floor and had to be sold as a set I explain to them that I already paid for it and my receipt says all sales final. I would give zero stars if it were an option. I will NEVER again purchase furniture from any Haynes Furniture Store. Now that I read the reviews on the BBB website, I realize that I should have checked their customer service record before purchasing and saved myself over a year of aggravation. I'd like to start by saying stay well clear of this store! A few weeks ago my lady and I purchased a condo and we decided to go all out and furnish the entire unit. We were met with pleasant smiles and customer service. After we paid for our furniture the nightmare began. We had our living bedroom delivered a week after purchased, when it came to the living room the first attempt was horrible. I bought my couch in August of 2019 thinking I was buying a great quality couch...NOT! It didn't even last a year before it started falling apart! My sewing came undone and put a huge hole in one of my recliners and on the same recliner my handle broke off so now it's impossible to recline it. I bought a five year warranty to protect my couch just in case something happened like this and it did. I thought having the warranty would be benefical...NOT!! I was scheduled for delivery between 9am - noon today and had a horrible experience with the delivery team. I had my handyman help me be in the house in the morning to sign for the furniture. He arrived promptly at 8:30. By 9:16am delivery man showed up on my ring door bell. I talked to him on my door bell and told him to come in first as I am driving at the moment, my handyman was inside the house. Door was unlocked for him at this moment. Do not buy from The Dump. I purchased a 900 leather chair and within hours of getting it home I noticed that there was some hidden damage to the seat springs and possibly frame that could only be noticed after sitting in it for a few hours. Furniture repair people said the damage was quite old. This was a floor model and the only thing I expect is that they would not sale damage products. This should have been pulled from the floor and not sold.
