We purchased a set of sectional sofa (MARYLAND LTHR WEDGE, RAF AND LAF PWR SOFA) from the Dump Furniture outlet (the Dump) on November 18, 2018. The furniture was delivered on Nov. 24. At the time of delivery, we noticed that one cushion has a small chip (an area that lost its finished surface to expose the interior of the leather); another back cushion demonstrated a crack that is about one quarter inch long. The Dump lives up to its name. Was looking for one of their fantastic sales on a mattress. I don't even know if the showed me which one it was. Tried one that was very comfortable, but the one I received is like sleeping on the ground. Causes my hip to hurt, which did not occur before. Of course can't return. They convinced me that this one would be better for me than one that I was interested in that had a trial period. There was 2 of them telling me different reasons to get it. Unethical business practices. We bought a large sectional for over $4000. Also purchased the “lifetime warranty”. The men they contracted to deliver our pieces damaged them beyond repair before they got them to my home. The Dump refused to refund my money and refused to replace the damaged pieces for another like item. The “lifetime warranty” is a complete scam. They refused to keep us whole. I bought a $3000 leather curved couch. I was told premium leather was on the front of the cushions and arms. Two years later and I find out it was aniline leather which is the lowest grade you can get. I plan to file a complaint with the AZ attorney generals office.

Got my number wrong and I missed the delivery because they sales girl didn't listen correctly. I told her 3 times what my number was and so my Monday delivery is now scheduled for FRIDAY. I have been sleeping on hardwood floors all week because of their mistake. And they don't deliver on weekdays? Really? They need to either close their doors or deliver on weekdays like every other furniture company. NEVER AGAIN

When you take out the premium protection plan with GBS for $250.00 the company and the dump don' honor it. IT is a joke a waste of money.

Would Not enter this store if it was the last ne on earth. Waiting for repair of my couch for 8 months. Parts are enroute from china. Must be by snail Mail.

I saw an advertisement for The Dump for all of the mattresses they had to get rid of at 10 cents on the dollar. Today (11 Nov) I drove the 35 miles to the store on Tempe. A REAL NICE JOB OF BAIT-AND-SWITCH LIKE ***** GOT IN TROUBLE FOR A FEW YEARS AGO. THEY ONLY HAD ONE (1) MATTRESS ON SALE AT 10 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR. JUST TO GET YOU IN THE STORE SO THEY CAN CHARGE YOU MORE FOR ANOTHER OVER PRICED MATTRESS. WHAT A RIP OFF STORE!!!

My wife and I thought we purchased a $4000 lether with 2 recliners. What we got was junk! The seams are coming apart, they sent a repair person out twice. Keep in mind this couch is 13 months old. Now it's out of warranty and I'm out $4000 and got a junk pice of furniture. When i called and asked for a manager she said she was recording the call for quality assurance, I told her I was recording the call also and she said she didn't want to be recorded and hung up on me. Don't but anything from the Dump.
