We had a positive experience working with The Floor King and our new floors transformed our home exactly how we hoped. There were a ton of flooring options to choose from which was a bit overwhelming at first but we found what we wanted. During and after the installation we had questions that were answered promptly and honestly. They did not get frustrated with our questions and did not cut corners with their answers. The business is run by a family and we were treated like we were a part it.
The Floor King did an excellent job from start to finish! Sue was very helpful at the store, and the installation crew were top notch. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
Karam and Sue were a pleasure to work with selecting and ordering our flooring. We had an uneven basement floor that needed to be fixed before flooring could go down, they tackled job without hesitation and finished earlier than expected.
