Karam and the rest of the crew at Floor King were incredible to work with from the beginning. I gave him my timeline (very, very tight) and they made everything happen well before my deadline approached. Karam was easily accessible throughout the whole process and was able to get back to me on any questions day or night. Would highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs...we used carpet for two rooms and hardwood surface for everything else. All of it turned out better than we could have expected. Thank you!
After shopping around the Floor King was the best price in town. They were prompt and the men were professional. The installation looks wonderful. Very happy overall!
I am way overdue in writing this review. We had Armstrong Pryzm flooring installed in our large great room, dining room and bedroom back in October 2017. We were their first customers to use this brand of new flooring and a bit nervous because it is a "hybrid" flooring similar to luxury vinyl tile. The Floor King just completed the installation in our family room. The entire process from first visiting the store and Karam taking the time to make sure we selected the product most suited to our situation through the installation process was seamless. My husband and I decided to get the whole first floor done with new flooring and we were referred to Karam at The Floor King. Karma met us on a Sunday morning at his store which was so nice of him as his shop isn't open then but it fit with the hours we work and that was much appreciated. Can’t say enough how happy I am that I went to Floor King! Floor King did not actually carry the flooring I was looking for, but they said they could locate it and order it, When Karam first came over for the estimate I could tell this was a family business just by how attentive he was to details and how much he seemed to care about making us happy with the way it would be installed.
