Can not thank them enough for the service they provided us with. Also, love the carpet! When we have any flooring needs in the future they will be our only call!! They were able to remove 5 year old carpeting we made the huge mistake of ordering through Wild Bill's Carpet, and transformed our main floor. Many thanks!!

We had been looking for flooring and carpet for our home. we went to the Cleveland Home and Garden Show. We were looking in the Floor King booth and met Karam. What a wealth of knowledge, told him of our problem with the carpet we had in our house we purchased from a "big box store". came out to our house made a few suggestions. We then went to the store and decided to have the whole house redone in two steps, wood and carpet. We had two different "crews/installers" of his come out. Both were so polite and professional. Karam and his sister as well as the installers are a true team. I requested a Saturday installation and they were happy to accommodate. The installers did a terrific job, were very professional and left my home clean. I can't say enough about the vinyl plank that was installed perfectly. A true A+ company that I hope to use again and will definitely recommend.

Every aspect of working with Karam, Susan and the rest of the Floor King staff was wonderful. We had them install engineered hardwood flooring throughout the entire main floor of our home. Because of our tight schedules, we had one week to get the installation completed, and Karam and his installers made it happen. In particular, the installers are fantastic! EXCELLENT!!! I have no complaints about this business. The owner is very helpful, patient and attentive. He truly knows the meaning of great customer service. The installation crew is very experienced and knowledgeable. They kept my house very clean and in order during the entire installantion. You will not go wrong if you choose the Floor King for your flooring project.

WOW!!! My husband and I are EXTREMELY PLEASED with this company, from our first meeting with Susan then with Karam (Owners) then with their installers. The process was very smooth and they did an excellent job on our floors. Not only did they work with us esp. with financing they also made sure that we are happy with the finish job. Their installers are polite and very proficient and they made sure to asked us questions that suited our needs. We will definitely be customers for future projects. Thank you Floor King!!!
