Hands down one of THE most frustrating experiences Ive had lately. I didnt choose Americas Floor Source, my builder did. They installed defective flooring and carpet in this new construction. After six months, the new carpet looked like it had a stampede of roller skating cattle on it for 20 years. It was awful! (Were empty nesters) The flooring was gapping and peaking at the seams and starting to look wavy. It took from Sept/Oct 2020 to July 2021 to actually get AFS to honor their warranty work and get it all replaced. I ha... read more

The reason I;m giving them a bad review is that I was told to write down all my card's info because they can't run it until Monday and this day is a Saturday. It seemed very odd that they would ask that and told me they would call me first on Monday before they run it. I waited all day Monday with no callbacks. I called them back Tuesday and was notified that they have already ran my card a while back and will call me back to let me know about my order (I never got a call back). I have worked with a few flooring companies in the last 17 years . I have found America's floor source to be extremely easy to work with ,most importantly when I have had any issues they have corrected them in a timely manner .

I’ve been doing business with AFS for 10+ years now, they provide excellent customer service, their installers are on time, professional and most importantly timely in getting the job completed. If your looking for a flooring company this is the one to use.

America's Floor Source is by far the best Flooring Company in Central Ohio. As a General Contractor you don't want to be dealing with a company that doesn't take ownership of the complete install. This Company stands apart from any other when it comes to Customer Service. They make my job easier and whit so many moving parts building a home you want to be assured that your Flooring Contractor has the organization skills to keep that aspect from becoming your Nightmare. I will only use AFS for any flooring needs. I am a repeat customer and am always impressed with their exceptional service. From helping me select the right carpet to a pain free installation day, the entire process was great. The quality, pricing, and service are unmatched. 10/10 recommend.

I have lived at my current residents for 17 years and have used Americas Floor Source for countless projects over the years.. There is no question they are the best in the city at what they do! Their staff is so helpful and not to mention Punctual! My wife and I have heard many horror stories about other flooring companies in the city and it simply does not resonate as the AFS folks are consummate professionals on every level !
