We ordered flooring, called for four days straight until we were finally able to find out that it was back ordered over a month and a half out. Now we’ve been trying to get a refund and can’t get a hold of anyone.
I thought that The Flooring Gallery was a reputable company until the carpet layers left my home with most of my wife's clothing. Upon calling to report this incident we were ridiculed by the store manager, blown off but the owner and never once apologized to. Then they had the audacity to expect me to pay them for the robbery. Dont use this buisiness.
