We had JP Flooring put new tile in our kitchen. Andrey did a fantastic job on the installation, but there was a slight discoloration in the grout. JP quickly arranged for ********************* to come out to inspect and fix the issue. **** was very professional, and he did an exceptional job in fixing the color issue. We could not be happier with the finished product - nicely done Andrey and ****!!

I do not recommend them. I have had them do all my floors with wood. Then they did my kitchen. They ordered the wrong threshold piece and the wrong quarter round. They installed this on July 28th and 29th. There was a multitude of mistakes make. Some with the plumber, some with what they ordered. It is now the 11th of August and they still have not put in the transition piece and the correct quarter round. I talked to them today and they cannot do it until the 21st. I would not recommend AFS. I used AFS for flooring and tile work for an entire new build home. The project was quoted 4 weeks and took over 11, by admitted mistakes on their end. The communication between departments, builder and customer is considerably lacking and the attitude by my account manager was absolutely embarrassing. I strongly recommend America’s Floor Source. They installed carpeting and flooring throughout on three of our properties. Katie, the flooring advisor did an excellent job of meeting our desired needs. The installers were prompt and at the job site at the promised time, they were very professional and did a fantastic job. America's Floor Source installed all our flooring solutions - hardwood and carpeting - throughout our home. Our sales rep, Zak L. did a fantastic job of meeting our every need and desire. His installation team was incredibly professional and SKILLED! We did have one minor issue that occurred while re-positioning furniture but this was quickly identified and remedied. American floor source does not stand by their product. Our shower has leaked off and on for 6 years and now they refuse to send some out to fix their mistake. They did offer to send someone out and charge me for it, thanks but no thanks.

Poor overall service and communication for install. Never got call, text,or email regarding install until late pm text from salesman saying was to be 4 days later on a day I was never made aware of prior and was worst day for us. Texted that the Friday was not good but next Thursday was (this was late Monday note) and while I was away at another appt 2 days later that Thursday, got call that installers at house.
