Thank you to Nick and Josh from Tile and Stone Works for installing the Granite countertops in my bathroom and kitchen this morning! These gentlemen were courteous, beautifully installed the countertops, explained the care of the granite, and cleaned up afterwards! It was a pleasure working with them. The countertops look FANTASTIC!!!!
Branden Davidson at the Sterling Heights store was extremely knowledgeable. His customer service is exceptional! He is definitely the guy to see when it comes to tile and/or granite. I will be sending anyone I know looking for tile his way!
Dave and Jim were very professional and helpful answering questions and providing care instructions. They were accommodating and cleaned up after. The job completed is better than I expected. Top notch!
I couldn't have been happier working with Melissa P., at the Sterling Heights store. She is personable, funny and will go the extra mile for you! I found a cheaper price after I had already placed my order, but after I spoke with Melissa she went over and above to match the price, which she didn't have to do since it was a special non-stock product that was already on its way. I will definitely continue using Tile and Stone Works and will always ask for Melissa!

Melissa Pelkey is awesome. Funny thing is I have never actually met her which makes me like her even more. Without ever having met my husband or I she gave me her cell phone number and I called her. I told her what we were looking for and she immediately, I mean immediately, sent me multiple ideas of what we could do for our bathroom counter. It was as if she was waiting for me to call her.
