We were sent to Tile and Stone Works by our contractor. We were greeted when we entered and told them we were just looking. They left us alone to browse but when we needed help they were there to assist us. Khara was very nice to work with, placed our order and reviewed again with us. Our tile arrived just as promised. Had a great experience picking bathroom flooring with Melissa's assistance. She was so helpful and patient with me and I was so indecisive. I definitely would recommend her. I’m in the process of remodeling a small bathroom, and have been looking for tile for a couple months. Today I shopped at tile and Stone works in Shelby, MI and, I’m so thankful I did. I cannot thank Khara enough for the professional help provided in picking out tile for our project. This is the second time in 2 years she has helped me in this process. She helped narrow down the items, so it was easier to decided what product, color and set up to use. These types of jobs are always a daunting task, but Khara actually made it fun and exciting. Kudos to Tile and Stone Works for a great asset they have.
I worked with Khara McClung for my bathroom remodel and she was FANTASTIC! She gave me great suggestions on what to do and what not to do, this was my first time picking tile and I needed help.
