Dave and Jim were very professional and helpful answering questions and providing care instructions. They were accommodating and cleaned up after. The job completed is better than I expected. Top notch!
I couldn't have been happier working with Melissa P., at the Sterling Heights store. She is personable, funny and will go the extra mile for you! I found a cheaper price after I had already placed my order, but after I spoke with Melissa she went over and above to match the price, which she didn't have to do since it was a special non-stock product that was already on its way. I will definitely continue using Tile and Stone Works and will always ask for Melissa!

Melissa Pelkey is awesome. Funny thing is I have never actually met her which makes me like her even more. Without ever having met my husband or I she gave me her cell phone number and I called her. I told her what we were looking for and she immediately, I mean immediately, sent me multiple ideas of what we could do for our bathroom counter. It was as if she was waiting for me to call her. Made a decision to remodel my kitchen finally. Didn't know where to start. Had some ideas. But it wasn't til Branden Davidson asked me what I was looking to get. I told him my ideas, color schemes, appliances, and was debating on an island. It was like he was reading my mind. He showed me the perfect granite that would work well in my kitchen. This is the first time I’ve dealt with tile & stone and had excellent service and insulation of our kitchen counter tops. We highly recommend Ryan & Chris for installing the countertops. Very professional and knowledgeable with all my questions.
