Rob made it so easy for us to make the many selections for our new home. He was prepared, had all the information from our builder and Rob knows his products! And he has a very good eye for design and offered us helpful suggestions. It was a totally positive experience dealing with Rob and Tile and Stone Works.
April provided great customer service from the beginning of the process through the end. She answered multiple questions and assisted me in the best direction to ensure I would be happy with the end result and I was! This is my third bathroom project working with Melissa once again she was amazing. I always come in without a clear plan and she pulls it together perfectly every time. She makes it easy and stress-free! Highly recommended.
We just had our countertop delivered and installed in our laundry room by Chris and Brennan. They were on time and very friendly and courteous. They took special care when bringing in and setting the top that they did not damage walls, doorways, and the washing machine that was right next to the top. The undermount sink was attached neatly and cleanly. The caulking between the top and backsplash and between the backsplash and wall was neat and precise. I am very pleased with the work they did.
We had pretty specific ideas about what we wanted for our laundry room refresh. We needed a new floor and countertop, but we weren't finding what we liked on our own. We had visited the local big box tile store and we're getting nowhere. When we walked into the showroom here we started out having the same problem, but as soon as we got with Melissa everything came together. I did review earlier about a technician that came to my home who was rude. I have to now give 5 star to them because they called me right away and were very apologetic for his behavior. That alone is great customer service and I appreciate them taking it seriously. So thank you for the follow up! Means everything that you took the time to make it right.
The man that came to measure was very rude. He was trying to make sure what he had on paper was correct and I appreciate that bit when I couldn't answer some questions about measurements that were done he was very rude. Told me it's not his house and he doesn't live here. I'm not a contractor and I don't know what measurements were taken the two times prior to him coming. I am super disappointed with the service with this company. There is lack of communication with every person I encountered. And they had to return 3 times to install a small bathroom vanity. And above all, they wanted all the money paid before the work was done! I will use another company for my future projects.
