I visited them in February to have a bond placed between my front teeth and it went very well. Unfortunately, the bond fell out after a few months. I called because I was upset and their team was beyond wonderful. They understood why I was upset and fit me in the next day. They explained that this can happen and were super kind and gracious and fixed it immediately. I very much appreciate their entire team being so understanding. Their customer service was outstanding!
I am not a typical or easy patient, and I was met with kindness, professionalism, and patience from the first phone call. This was my first visit to what is now my new dental clinic. Thanks to all for a thorough but considerate and comfortable first visit.
I love Balcones Family Dental! Everyone here is a genuine person. Jamie and Darlene up front always put a smile on my face. The techs that do the cleanings are personable and sweet. And Dr. Maddox is great! He has so much experience and a great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend this establishment for the whole family!

Great dentist and staff.
Totally wonderful people. Dr.'s Maddox and Lounsberry have been honest and genuine consultants on my health, and I have come to totally trust them and appreciate their guidance. Love how friendly and welcoming the folks at the front are, shout out to Darlene and Jamie. Also, Brandi is the GOAT hygienist and will always go to her! Thank y'all for everything you do for us.
