I truly HATE the dentist but I have never had a bad experience with Balcones Dental. Dr. Maddox is the best dentist that I have EVER had!!! All of the staff is so friendly and polite. Mrs. Juliana is great! I love the ladies in the front Darlene, Jamie, and Rhonda. I would recommend Balcones Dental to anyone!!! 😃

Dr. Maddox fixed a recurring problem I had that my previous dentist had failed to fix repeatedly. After nearly two years of the intervention his fix is holding and I am comfortable. My interactions with all the staff, front desk, hygienists and the doctor has been wonderful. Special mention of Darlene at the front desk for her professionalism and responsiveness. My entire family has moved over to this practice now.
Today was my first appointment and I had Casey as my hygienist. She was so fabulous. So bubbly and we even laughed a couple times too. She knew her stuff and then Dr. Lounsberry came in. Such a nice man and we talked through everything and I felt like he had all the time in the world for me. They are terrific and their office is so nice and clean too.
I have been going for several years now. Nobody wants to go to the dentist, but if your going to go, this is an awesome place to go. The wonderful people start as soon as you walk in the door. They seem to do everything right (including laughing at my stupid dad humor). Always hands down the best dental experience I have ever had.
Staff is very efficient and friendly. The office uses state of the art technology but without breaking the bank. Annnd when the doctor comes in, you really feel like he is offering you the best dental outcome for YOUR situation.

All good things to say about Dr. Lounsberry and his awesome staff. Many thanks to the lovely ladies in the office for all the maneuvers made to get me taken care of. They were recommended by a friend and I will pass their name along as well.
