We purchased a brand new pilot in January 2021. With 2,000 miles on the car, our tire popped on 495. We were very fortunate that we were able to get to the side of the road safely as I am 7 months pregnant. Today we went in for a service appointment and we’re told the tire popped was our fault and would have to pay to replace it. I reached out about a new Honda CR-V and first thing Monday morning one of their Sales Associates contacted me. He asked if I was in Kentucky, I said yes but that my family travels for the specific vehicles we want. He refused to listen to me and said “goodbye” before hanging up on me. I’m completely disgusted with this behavior and Sales Associates like these tarnish the Honda name and brand. I will be reporting this to Honda Corporate.
Worst experience with this dealership. Drove from Ohio to purchase a car. Financed it and paid it off already and it’s been 3 months and neither the company who had my loan or the Ohio BMV has record of an application for title or registration. All calls made to dealer result with no information to give. My tags are expired and I have a car I cannot drive. They know something because they were quick to refund the gap insurance money. I just want the title to my car!!!!!!!
I bought a used car from Bill Page Honda and went in for the “free” oil change they promised when I left the shop. At the end of the day, I left with an $120 charge for filters, I think, tho no one who was around at pick up could explain it to me. I also was invited to spend $850 repairing my front brakes, which evidently had a broken caliber. I purchased an extended warranty with my car at BPH. I've been experiencing a problem with my transmission for over one year. The warranty company they choose to use does not trust the mechanics and technicians at the dealer. Therefore, since my problem is intermittent, I bring the car in when it is having the problem but when the adjuster comes out the next day, it is acting fine. I need a new transmission but am being forced to drive a car that die at any moment.
If you are looking to give away your money for nothing, this is the place for you. I never write reviews but few morally obliged to keep people from going to Page. Their service staff is either grossly incompetent or morally corrupted. Neither is good. These people will take you hostage and squeeze until you say uncle. Utterly untrustworthy. Yesterday I went to Honda to make an appointment for today’s oil change at 7 am. I was told it wouldn’t take an hour by an employee named Melvin. Today I was there 6:50am to make sure I’m first in the line. At 8am my car isn’t ready then by 8:30 I was getting frustrated that the oil change isn’t done. My car came out at 8:34am. Of course I was late at work. This is the second time that this service center of Honda has screwed up my schedule and I swear I AM NOT GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!! I bought my car here. I have brought it in for the oil changes and previously had not had any problems. The sales team and the previous service team was great. Today I cannot say the same. I brought my car in for the back up camera to be checked it is loose, one of the young kids that drive the cars jumped in pulled up a little and had another kid jump in and took off like a bat out of hell. This place is horrible in service. Service manager is a complete idiot. Didn’t help anything. Drove 45 minutes for nothing. Also talks horrible about other Honda dealerships and didn’t want to help with anything. Service manger horrible and stupid. Service adviser was decent but in general the place is garbage. I hope Bill page the owner sees this your service at your dealership is horrible.
