It took two hours while I waited to get any update on my car, which was only going in for an oil change and routine maintenance. I got a text from one of the service advisors, after going to the waiting room, saying to text them if needed. After an hour with no update I texted the service advisor and received no reply. The service person did not seem to know what he was doing. He didn’t listen to or read the information taken down on what was needed. He didn’t bother looking for me when service was completed (it’s not that big a place and I told him where I was). He tried to mansplain on the difference between emissions and safety inspection. Best part is we got an email 24 hours later saying they missed us from him. Customer service clearly wasn’t top of mind here.
Dishonest, incompetent, will waste your time and money. Came here for service as my car was having a transmission fluid leak. Was told they can fix it for a quoted price (~$500)...so I agree and left my car to give them time. At the end of the day, they call me and tell me they did the fix but there may be another issue that may also be contributing to the leak and it would cost another $300 and would need to be done the next day (I had dropped my car off in the early AM) since they would need to order it. The waiting area smells so bad!
We purchased a brand new pilot in January 2021. With 2,000 miles on the car, our tire popped on 495. We were very fortunate that we were able to get to the side of the road safely as I am 7 months pregnant. Today we went in for a service appointment and we’re told the tire popped was our fault and would have to pay to replace it. I reached out about a new Honda CR-V and first thing Monday morning one of their Sales Associates contacted me. He asked if I was in Kentucky, I said yes but that my family travels for the specific vehicles we want. He refused to listen to me and said “goodbye” before hanging up on me. I’m completely disgusted with this behavior and Sales Associates like these tarnish the Honda name and brand. I will be reporting this to Honda Corporate.
Worst experience with this dealership. Drove from Ohio to purchase a car. Financed it and paid it off already and it’s been 3 months and neither the company who had my loan or the Ohio BMV has record of an application for title or registration. All calls made to dealer result with no information to give. My tags are expired and I have a car I cannot drive. They know something because they were quick to refund the gap insurance money. I just want the title to my car!!!!!!!
