If you are a woman, and specifically a black woman, I would suggest you not go to this dealership for service unless you want to be met with terrible customer service. I was dismissed, disrespected, and disregarded by the service manager Tommy Lanzone from the time I arrived. Tommy Lanzone dismissed me and pushed me off to Tommy Watkins when I was trying to get help in finding out if my warranty covered my service. BEWARE of this dealership! 🚨 DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! 🚨 I bought a used car here, paid in full, and drove off. Within 30 miles, the engine started making noises. I returned to the dealership, and a mechanic came for a test drive. I get a new VA inspection sticker date 02/2025 but my old sticker date 07/2024 so my car inspection is still 5 months away. It took two hours while I waited to get any update on my car, which was only going in for an oil change and routine maintenance. I got a text from one of the service advisors, after going to the waiting room, saying to text them if needed. After an hour with no update I texted the service advisor and received no reply. The service person did not seem to know what he was doing. He didn’t listen to or read the information taken down on what was needed. He didn’t bother looking for me when service was completed (it’s not that big a place and I told him where I was). He tried to mansplain on the difference between emissions and safety inspection. Best part is we got an email 24 hours later saying they missed us from him. Customer service clearly wasn’t top of mind here.
