Visite este lugar para hacer un cambio de aceite, la asesora no sabía ni qué responder, le dije que le preguntara al mecánico y no quizo, aparte para no complicarme hize los servicios que necesitaba, me dijo que los servicios incluía lavado de carro, al final me cobraron más y no fue el servicio q me ofrecieron, me dieron el carro sucio y queriéndome cobrar otras cosas. No les recomiendo que vayan ha este lugar, hay mejores lugares.

If I could give zero stars, I would! If you are a woman, and specifically a black woman, I would suggest you not go to this dealership for service unless you want to be met with terrible customer service. I was dismissed, disrespected, and disregarded by the service manager Tommy Lanzone from the time I arrived. I have been using their services many time but this a review for service on 02/05/2024. I get a new VA inspection sticker date 02/2025 but my old sticker date 07/2024 so my car inspection is still 5 months away. I came in to ask for car diagnostic and signed for it I did NOT order car inspection. They said my brake will fail on the NEXT car inspection so I agreed for the brake service.
