I had purchased Honda CR-V touring recently. Unfortunately, I have very disappointed due to the vibration of the vehicle while it is idling or under 2,200 rpm. "Most horrible experience" sales are so desperate they hardly allow you to look at the car. They follow you around you asking questions after questions. Carlos sales manager was so impersonal, he didn't even remember that he had called us 15 minutes prior meeting with us. Look elsewhere when buying a car. Don't waste your time!
Absolute worse car buying experience I have ever had and poor customer service. Been about 6 weeks of complications and fighting and it's still not done.
If you expect ANY customer service, look elsewhere. The day after poor customer service went back in person to complain. The service manager allegedly wasn't there, so I left my name and number. Three days later I hadn't heard from anyone, so I called - same service manager was still nowhere to be found, so again I left my info. Two days later - now a week later - no response, so I replied to any earlier email extolling their dedication to customer service/satisfaction. Guess what?
