I had purchased Honda CR-V touring recently. Unfortunately, I have very disappointed due to the vibration of the vehicle while it is idling or under 2,200 rpm. I already reported this issue to your dealership A/S service manager (Tom)and he agreed with vibration problem.(6/26) Tom said that Honda is currently analyzing the issue therefore he could not resolve the problem at that moment. "Most horrible experience" sales are so desperate they hardly allow you to look at the car. They follow you around you asking questions after questions. Carlos sales manager was so impersonal, he didn't even remember that he had called us 15 minutes prior meeting with us. Look elsewhere when buying a car. Don't waste your time!
Absolute worse car buying experience I have ever had and poor customer service. Been about 6 weeks of complications and fighting and it's still not done.
