Yesterday I went to Honda to make an appointment for today’s oil change at 7 am. I was told it wouldn’t take an hour by an employee named Melvin. Today I was there 6:50am to make sure I’m first in the line. At 8am my car isn’t ready then by 8:30 I was getting frustrated that the oil change isn’t done. My car came out at 8:34am. Of course I was late at work. This is the second time that this service center of Honda has screwed up my schedule and I swear I AM NOT GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!! I bought my car here. I have brought it in for the oil changes and previously had not had any problems. The sales team and the previous service team was great. Today I cannot say the same. I brought my car in for the back up camera to be checked it is loose, one of the young kids that drive the cars jumped in pulled up a little and had another kid jump in and took off like a bat out of hell. This place is horrible in service. Service manager is a complete idiot. Didn’t help anything. Drove 45 minutes for nothing. Also talks horrible about other Honda dealerships and didn’t want to help with anything. Service manger horrible and stupid. Service adviser was decent but in general the place is garbage. I hope Bill page the owner sees this your service at your dealership is horrible.

1 star! I wish I would had read these review before driving 2.5 hours! The worst! We talked with our salesman maybe a total of 10 min.....got shuffled around sent to finance side and bought an extended warranty only to find out it is one of the most expensive warranty you can find but they were only out to make a buck! Then don’t get me started on how much trouble I had getting my registration taken care of. Sept 14, 2017 - I turned in a lease for a 2014 Accord and purchased a new 2017 Civic Sedan the same day. The lease had a dent in door and I was told it would be covered by the damage policy and would be a clean turn in. For this reason I did not fix the dent myself. One week later I was told I owed $800 in damages, a complete surprise.
