Wonderful Experience Overall! This was my second time using Classic Carpet & Rug, I am very happy with the work they do. They have installed both laminate flooring and carpeting for me. They make every aspect of the process easy for the customer from booking the appointment to the installers being on time to the cleaning they do after. I have no complaints about them and highly recommend them to other people.

Professional and Perfect! When we decided it was essential to cover our basement stairs, I dropped in to Classic Carpet and had the good fortune to meet with Dan. Within one week, we had a gorgeous runner picked out, delivered and installed, AND, I also ran into a sale while there, and Dan managed to accomplish covering another whole stairway with beautiful wall to wall wool carpet the next day. Great Team! My realtor recommended Classic Carpet & Rug when I mentioned needing to replace my soiled rug. I worked with one of the owners, he was very nice and responsive to any questions I had. I really appreciated that he didn't try and sell me the most expensive rug, it seemed like he was looking out for my financial interests. The installers did quick work and the new rug looks great. I highly recommend Classic Carpet & Rug to others!

Happy with the service! This was my first time using Classic Carpet and Rug and Jack provided me with excellent customer service. He was very helpful and nice throughout the whole process.
