My mom and I went to the Pembroke Pine location, Hank was very helpful in showing us what our options were. We needed the floor to be done in a short time frame and he was able to fulfill our requests. We are happy so far with what we received.
Excellent customer service was provided by Vince, the store manager, helped us select a good option to blend the floor into adjacent rooms. Installation was on time, clean and well done.
We ordered 4 rooms of wood flooring from Rick at the Davie store, and had a great experience with Rick and their installers, highly recommend Dolphin Carpet and Tile
The tile layer did an excellent job and worked very hard to get it done well. The tile cost was reasonable but the labor was on the high side. Overall the job was completed in a timely manner.
