I looked all over town for outdoor tile for my front patio, I found the perfect tile at Dolphin Carpet and Tile. It was later in the afternoon and the person at he store told me I could go directly to the warehouse to purchase and pick up the tile. Ivan at the warehouse was very professional and helped me in a timely manner. It was a great experience and I love the selection of products they offer. I'll go back and see Ivan when I need flooring again.

From beginning to end, I have nothing but the best to say about my experience with dolphin carpet and tile. Hank was my representative who listened to my need carefully and took me straight to the flooring that was for me. I absolutely love my choice. He helped me through every step of the process. FANTASTIC! Annette is a true professional. She knew exactly what I needed/wanted. Came to my condo and measure the entire floor. Diagrammed it. Coordinated ALL of the installers. Made the entire experience actually fun. And treated me as if I was her only customer. I HIGHLY recommend Dolphin and in particular Annette. **** **

I would highly recommend Dolphin Carpet and Tile. After shopping for flooring in many other stores, It was a pleasure dealing with Dan, the Manager at the Oakland Store. He was very honest, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. The installer, Anderson, that was sent to our home, worked hard to deliver fast, clean installation in a timely manner. Overall, we are very satisfied and plan on purchasing tile for the kitchen from them in the near future,

Had the pleasure to work with Rick in the Davie location. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient and know his products inside and out. Purchased some wood flooring and the installer showed up precisely on time. He was really an old world craftsman and did an exceptional installation. The threshold needed to remained taped for several days. When the tape was removed it was apparent that a slight adjustment was needed. Very happy with the quality of the carpet and padding. They have a great price range of carpets, and yes, you may get a little cheaper carpet at some stores, but you will not get the quality. Could not be happier with our purchase!
