A great service in all aspects. We had tried another store and we were very disappointed with the service. Being new to the country we tried Dolphin and we were delighted by the contrast of the 2 companies. Annette greated us warmly and professionally and sorted out all our requirements. My wife and I recently purchased carpeting for 2 rooms in our condo from Dolphin Carpet and Tile. This is the second time we have done business with Dolphin and we were very happy both times. We visited the Ocean Park Blvd store and we were greeted by Phil C.. Phil was very helpful and came to our condo the next day to measure. We had an excellent experience with Dolphin Carpet & Tile. We went to the store not knowing exactly what we needed for our new sunroom. Rob, the sales clerk, was very helpful in showing us the various possibilities, and found us a very economical choice of tile. He sent someone out to measure the next week, who brought down the square footage and reduced the purchase price. We were still waiting for the room to be finished, and Rob was very patient with us. Dolphin Carpet & Tile made it easy to replace a damaged master bedroom carpet with tile that I won't have to worry about in the future. The entire purchase, from my initial contact with the Davie store through the installation of new tile and follow-up was one of the easiest home improvement projects ever! Professional staff and service Is always appreciated. Thank you for providing both.

I purchases tile at Dolphin Carpet and Tile in Doral with Ivan after having visited over 20 different tile stores. He was a tremendous help in choosing and purchasing the tile that best fit my home, and always had my best interest at heart. We were on a tight deadline and he did everything he could to meet it, and kept us up to date every step of the way. (Tile was not in stock and on its way to being delivered to the store). His customer service was an A+!!!
