We had an excellent experience with Bentley. Tuesday, January 26, 2016 was our scheduled carpet installation. There were terrible rainstorms that day. Bentley kept us up on the progress of our truck. Because of the problems, the installation took place on Wednesday. Again it rained but this time at 10:30 am, Daniel & another gentleman, did our installation. They were fantastic. the appointments were set up and the installers were the on time and completed their work professionally. The workers also cleaned up after them-self. Salesman Rick also called to insure everything was going well and if I had any problems, which I didn't.
