My tile job of nearly my entire house has issues; It looks dirty. They came back twice and did an acid wash. The second time it helped some but now the grout is stained in different places and the tile still seems to have a coat of cement in places that I have not been able to remove. As an 84 year old I don't think I should have to get on my knees and scrub my floor. I spent a lot of money for this floor and I am very unhappy with it. Terrible experience! I have spent over ****** in flooring and the service and installation have been sub par. The floor looks cheap, especially the stairs. Pardon me but I'm not happy and I'm frustrated with this entire experience. This should have been done the right way the fist time. Its not a major $$$$$ multi room project but a simple $$$ one room project, Yes just ONE ROOM. I was just on the phone with ** ****. **** it isn't professional to interrupt your customers. I purchased a vinyl floor in March 2021. There were several problem areas where the flooring felt "squishy" and uneven. After many months/calls and 3 visits to recaulk one of the areas, assistant manager **** ******** came out with his main flooring supervisor, ****. Mr. ******** agreed that repairs needed to be made including leveling off the problem areas before replacing the flooring. Two of the three areas were repaired in a mostly satisfactory way. You can find a better vendor and Dolphin can do a better job. I purchased my laminate floors from and had them installed by the Dolphin Carpet & Tile Hillsboro location. The floors are nice, but the patterns of the planks could have been installed in a more consistent manner. My two issues are that the workmen used 1/4 round rather than threshold trim in a doorway because they didn't have enough of the threshold wood. Beware of this company and their payment policies. They require one half down payment when ordering, which I can somewhat understand. Most companies only require a third down. However when they come to install they want the balance paid in full before they start the job. I have never had a company do this in the 39 years living here. Not only did they want full payment before they started, they also wanted us to sign saying we were satisfied with the job before it was even started. Just wanted to make aware to the other potential customers of the installers that go out to do the work. The company is very reputable and well known, but don't loose sight of the installers that come out to do the installation. I wasn't keeping an eye out on them and they took money from a wallet in my draw that was in a closet. I contacted the sales representative that took care of my husband and I, he told me that there wasn't any video therefore they couldn't do anything. Just be careful who you let into your house.

We purchased wood laminate flooring from the Pembroke Pines Dolphin Carpet and Tile from ********. He explained that the floor has a 1 year installment warranty and that the product itself had a 25 year warranty. During the process we wanted to have the same installers work on the house for the entirety in case there were any issues. First warning sign was when the upstairs installers didn't come back the next day to install the downstairs flooring. Wish i could leave zero stars!!! Roughly four years ago my mother and I hired this company to install tile all through out my grandmothers home. Seeing as she was an elderly woman who could not walk much she was unaware of the lets go with the word laughable installation job they did. I guess they figured "shes an old deaf woman who can't walk much lets do a crappy install and use a quarter of the thinset we should use cause she will never notice and cut cost."
