My experience with Dolphin and Tile was excellent. I used the store located at 8791 SW 133rd St, and my sales person was Robert C. Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable. The workers who delivered the carpet were polite, and did an excellent job laying the carpet. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience.
The service received from Ronald W and his team were excellent from start to finish! I would definitely recommend them and Dolphin Carpet & Tile!
Very professional, on time, and a perfect installation of carpet for my condo. Friendly sales staff and technicians also.
Installation of new floor in a rental apartment was completed efficiently and without incident. Process from beginning to end including approval from condo assoc. and coordination with renter was seamless. Dolphin rep always available for questions and even worked to hold pricing after delays came up.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Phil @ the Oakland Park, FL, branch. He even brought samples to my home to make sure the color would work. The installers were very professional and did a wonderful job. You cannot see a seam anywhere. They also cleaned up when they left. My carpet looks beautiful. Shopping @ Dolphin Carpet & Tile was the right way to go.

Had a very positive experience with the salesman and the installing team. The sales experience was without pressure or stress. Just a knowledgeable guy letting us know our options. The star of this experience however was the installing team lead by Carlos. They were extremely professional and efficient. They took pride in their job and it showed.

Jeff did not pressure me into purchasing one material or the other, he only shared his vast knowledge of the products and stood by his position that if the product I was looking at was substandard...they would not have it in their store!
