We had a wonderful experience at Dolphin Carpet from beginning to end. We worked with Annette at the Deerfield Beach store and she was wonderful to work with. Annette was excellent to work with. She communicated every step of the process. The installer (Pablo) sent by Dolphin Tile was respectful and a terrific worker. He tool good care of my property, answered all my questions kindly, and did I a terrific job. The entire experience was positive. I look forward to working with Dolfin Tile again.

Our tile and laminate floor installers were punctual, polite, professional and did a beautiful job. Finish work on both tile and laminate was beautiful, and although we and our installers were faced with the situation of us living in our fully furnished condo while the work was being done, the situation was handled extremely well and to our satisfaction.

The whole experience I had at Dolphin Carpet and Tile was great from beginning to end. Of course the person who deserves most (if not all) the credit is Philip (Phil) C. He is a true professional. He is the kind of salesman you trust immediately. He doesn't pressure you and he helps you make the best decision for you. He also is a man of his word. i recently completed the purchase and installation of wood flooring for my home. i dealt with Ronald W******* at the Biscayne Blvd store in North Miami Beach. Ron was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. My husband and I recently purchased carpet for two bedrooms and our family room. We are completely satisfied with not only the carpet but the sales personnel at Dolphin carpet and tile. The sales representative was pleasant and very knowledgeable and understanding of our particular needs. We are very satisfied.

This was an excellent experience. Ron, the salesman, was most helpful and honest in all dealings, pointing out the pros and cons of each type of carpet. Having made a few selections, he had samples mailed to our home. Grey is a hard color to deal with and these samples allowed us to make the right choice. Installation could not have been any better. The team worked hard all day and were most helpful. Clean up was great and we have no complaints.
