I was referred to Don Bailey by the property manager where we rented large office, and loved the guidance and know how. Aura took great care of us from start to finish, not to mention the finished result by its installers was efficient and looks great. I have not felt that scence of care from company and its team in quite a while.
I called looking for a shop at home for a rental unit. Scott was great. he met my mom at the house to measure, sent pictures of colors and samples with a quote with the different prices. He even met my mom after hours to give her the invoice and collect a deposit for the job that we had installed the next day. Great service. Thank you Scott for being so professional. We had such a great experience with Sergio Alberti and Don Bailey Flooring. Sergio was so patient with the process of choosing the floors. Several of my choices were out stock but he always went above and beyond for to help. The installation was so fast and the crew was very professional.
