I am extremely happy with my floors. I am actually employed by a flooring company so when I say Karen was incredible, it is coming from from another flooring professional. She tool the time to further educate me, she worked tirelessly with me to accomplish my desired end. The installer Lorenzo was on time and very helpful. The job was perfect.
Simply the best! I got quotes from many flooring companies but I chose Don Baileys because of their great customer service, big selection of flooring and reasonable prices. I had to replace the old laminate to luxury waterproof vinyl in my condo in Miami Beach. Joe, was amazing, always available, even on weekends I was able to reach him, he picked up his phone and answered all my text messages right away.
