I've been a loyal customer for 14 years. I was lucky to have Elisa Carrozza as my sales rep. She was wonderful! She took the time to show and explain different types of flooring for my rental property. I also purchased carpet for my bedroom. The flooring and carpet were installed within a week of my purchase!

Don Bailey Flooring is TOP NOTCH! From the moment we walked into the Biscayne Blvd, showroom we were impressed by Joey Prizzi's knowledge, enthusiasm, and service. He patiently helped us navigate through the many options they offer, and he came out the very next day to measure. I am tardy (by a few months!) in writing this review....but the message is steadfast. Don Bailey Flooring is fantastic, especially if Karen W. is your point-person. I have had the pleasure of working with Karen on three projects since fall of 2018. Wow! I feel like i have a whole new apartment with the new carpeting. It's even better than i even hoped for. Friends who have already seen it were amazed! Joey was great. He came over with samples and excellent suggestions for which i am extremely grateful. A great guy and easy to deal with! The price was fair and the results are amazing! I call Don Bailey Flooring in Ft. Lauderdale to get a estimate on carpeting. Scott answered all my questions and proceeded to take all my info. He was able to come measure and give me the estimate within the hour that I called. 2 days later I called him to let him know what I decided and wanted to proceed. I was so busy that I was not able to go to the store to give him a deposit, so he was able to come to my work to get the deposit. Carpet and installation looked great. I recently moved and between all the expenses, I had to somehow weave carpet into the mix. I stopped in at 7th Avenue and met Karen, thank God. She advised me that my landlord would have an issue with me destroying the tile. She was right on.. She was so kind and pleasant, the girl knows her craft. She even took time to encourage my son in his endeavours. This girl is amazzzzzzingg Thanks Karen

I went to Don Bailey Flooring in Ft. Lauderdale to buy a area rug. Thank you Scott Kupperman for the great service and patience that you have. Not knowing what I wanted Scott Made it easy for me by showing different colors and textures. I was so happy that I went back a few weeks later and purchased another rug from Scott.
