We needed an emergency repair the week before Thanksgiving (2 laminate planks had bowed and popped up). Lisa scouted the storeroom and found the exact planks we'd purchased four months earlier and got her installers rolling immediately. Service with a smile, and crisis averted just in time for the holiday. To top it off, she located a couple of additional planks for us "as backup". We really appreciated her thoughtfulness and would definitely purchase more flooring from DBF again (great selection, pricing, service).

After researching a bunch of flooring companies a friend recommended Don Bailey’s and am I glad she did! Karen (salesperson) was awesome from start to finish. We scheduled a time for installation and the guys were on time and very professional. The finished job looks marvelous! Thank you, Karen, and Don Bailey Flooring!

This was one of the best experiences that I have had buying flooring. I've had a few floors put down over the years with different companies. Don Bailey Flooring is the best overall. Starting with Scott Kupperman (salesman). He came to my home with all kinds of flooring samples, from carpet to new plank flooring. I was looking for wood floors. He brought them too. In an age of dying customer service, Karen was outstanding. My husband and I walked in the store yesterday evening , we were in a mad rush but she accommodated us, she was super nice and she also made some wonderful recommendations. We have found our local flooring company. I wish all my shopping experiences were like this

Five stars are not enough. I was in the 7th Avenue location and Karen was diligent and so kind. She recommended a grey caret that complemented my white furniture. She was at the house and my carpet was installed within 24 hours. THANKS KAREN FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
