We recently had all the carpets replaced in our home by exclusive floors and were extremely pleased with the results . Had great service from their rep Kalen who took us through the whole process from choosing the right product to meet our requirement and his personal visits during the install to ensure all was going to our satisfaction. The installers did a fantastic job with the fit and finish while remaining on schedule. Well done Exclusive!

They vacuumed the whole carpet and wiped walls where necessary...I was not expecting this so it was a bonus to me not to have to vacuum. I have done Phase 1 of a full house reno starting on the main floor. We decided to do all new flooring and went to a few companies suggested by my contractor. All of the staff we dealt with at Exclusive were really good. Bhupinder was our main contact there and he helped so much by bringing in samples and helping us decide what material to go with due to our specific needs. We have worked with Trevor and want to send a special thanks for his patience and expertise as we worked to choose flooring and back splash tiling. A couple of days before installation, we received a phone call from Exclusive Floors to remind about install date and to make sure everything was set to go. Eric from Exclusive Floors installed carpet in our basement bedroom on Monday. He was AWESOME! Aside from being punctual, professional & friendly, his workmanship was fantastic! We are very happy with our new carpet from Exclusive Floors and would hire them again in a heart beat!
