Exclusive Floors handled my job very well. The staff we dealt with were all professional and knowledgeable. I have referred one family member and would not hesitate to do so again as I know they will be well looked after.
I called Exclusive to help me with carpet that needed to be stretched. Mark responded instantly to my email came out to my house the next day to see the problem. His technician, John, had the issued repaired within a couple of days. I would recommend Exclusive for your carpet and flooring needs.
I recently wanted to finish a floor with some product that I already had. I contacted Exclusive to see if the product was still manufactured and they got back to me saying that the same product was still available. Unfortunately, after purchasing a few more boxes it was not exactly the same; the locking system was changed. It took a little while but Trevor was willing to completely refund my purchase and work with me towards finding a solution to finishing my floor.
