Today I had Stephen from Exclusive Floors come in to repair my flooring that was installed in my condo before I moved in. Exclusive replaced some stair carpet and installed hardwood in a sewing room this week. The installation crew were competent, pleasant and cleaned up after themselves! The carpet installer even asked if there were any cats or dogs he should be mindful of. Salesman Bob Hare and his crew were first class.

We had a great experience. Large show room with a number of quality hardwood floors at different price points. Kelly know's his product and gave us all the time needed to go through the different options. We ended up up chosing an engineered hardwood, hickory, and it looks fabulous. excellent factory garantee on the finish. we also purchased tile and installation, the tiler was excellent and very professional.
Stephen did a great job of matching and replacing some hardwood as part of the deficiencies work in our new home. He was personable, professional and thorough. Very pleased with the end result - thanks!
