BETTER ATTITUDE FROM INSTALLERS. DON"T GO TO YOUR CUSTOMERS HOME AND CALL THEM A LIAR.
Worst experience with this company by far! Purchased floors and installation with them. Our sales guy came over to give us a quote which included the installation and some leveling and furniture moving. Flash forward to a few weeks later when the installation team showed up looked at the job and literally walked out! apparently they couldn't be bothered to do any leveling and move furniture (all which was included in the quote!!!). I went into Exclusive Floors today with my 2.5 year old. My husband sent me to look for hardwood floor ideas for the custom home we are building. I walked in and was super excited to look around. I looked around a lot. Found some beautiful floor samples. I was there a total of 15-20 minutes and not one person said anything to me. Not even a simple hello.
