THE WILLIAMS FAMILY I purchased carpeting from this store on 8/9/2021. We worked with Gonzalo Walker who was our sales associate. He was very helpful with helping us to find the right color and style. We were very impressed with how fast we were scheduled to have our install. The whole process actually took less than 7 days. Jose Malave The store in Ocala was highly recommended by friends who had flooring installed in their home. Gonzalo was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable in the types of flooring and assisting us in the selection for our home. The inventory is vast with so many to choose from, the pricing is excellent. The installer, Jon did a terrific job completing in two days. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Billy Dunklow, the Warehouse manager of the Ocala store. We were looking for carpeting and this man was excellent. He first explained the various types and styles of carpeting available and then he allowed us to browse around the store yet was near to answer any of our questions. My experience at Factory Floor Outlet, Port Orange was a very pleasant experience having a very helpful Salesperson assist me in purchasing Tile for my new home. My husband and I visited the Port Orange store to find new flooring for our home. Scotty listened to us and showed us several floors. We went home with 6 different possibilities and came back 3 hours later with a clear winner. He was awesome to work with from start to finish. I purchased my LVF (waterproof) from the Ocala store. Gonzalo Walker assisted me in that purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the product. I was given a sample so that I could see it in my home.
