BIG shout out to Billy Dunklow and installer Shane for an OUTSTANDING JOB !!! From the first time walking into the Ocala store we were impressed with the professional and product knowledge that we received. Our experience, at your Ocala, FL, location was made seamless by your Sales Associate, Gonzalo Walker. He was very helpful, knowledgable of the products and everything he promised was as such. We would definitely recommend your store to our friends and tell them to make sure and ask for Gonzalo Walker; we ourselves will go back for our future flooring needs.
My wife and I went to the Ocala store and were greeted by Gonzalo Walker. He showed us a waterproof vinyl plank which we shopped at other outlets. What he showed us was superior to what we had found. The description was Hazel/Great Expectations and we needed about 1,000 square feet. He found it and kept us informed about the delivery and about the number one Installer he had us to use. Gonzalo is very knowledgeable and was easy to work with. C & L
Went to the Ocala store, Mr. Gonzalo Walker helped us to pick out and purchase our flooring. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained the pros and cons of different types of flooring. The Sales Reps at the Ocala Store are Tops! Billy was very professional and friendly. The Installation crew was able to come in on a Saturday, normally their day off and did a fast and excellent job of installing the Laminate Floor in one Bedroom. Thanks a million Guys !!
