The Floor Factory in Ocala off of Hwy 200 were awesome to work with. Gonzalo walked us through everything we needed to know about vinyl plank flooring. He was so knowledgeable in his product. We had our home done and we love it. We are happy we choose The Floor Factory.

I visited the Ocala store a few times to try to select tiles for our wet areas on a new build. Billy, the Store Manager, has been really helpful! Right away, he learned what my taste/style was and made some recommendations. He was able to take our plans and quickly calculate our tile needs for our project. We were even referred to an installer so we can get on schedule as our construction progresses. We found some really great tiles at budget friendly prices, and I can't wait to see the installation! Thanks, Billy!
